Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide and work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times after order processing are:

  • United States and United Kingdom: 3-6 business days
  • Europe: 4-6 business days
  • International: 9-13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carriers

We choose the most reliable carrier based on your location, including USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, Evri, or other trusted services. You’ll receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package’s journey.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
