  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible.
  • Proof of Purchase: Provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

2. Returning Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Timeframe: Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Product Condition: Return the item in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Proof: Submit photos of the item and packaging showing the defect or incorrect product.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Authorization: Upon approval, receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a return shipping label.
  3. Return the Product: Return the provided shipping label to return the product.
  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the product, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement based on your preference.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.


3. Size Exchange

You can request an exchange for the correct size if you received the wrong size.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: Request an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof: Provide your order number and photos, including size labels or tags.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] your order number, item details, and desired size.
  2. Authorization: Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Return the Item: Send the item back using the provided label.
  4. Exchange Process: We’ll send you the correct size at no extra cost, subject to availability. If the size is out of stock, you may choose an alternative or receive a refund.

4. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., swimwear, underwear), unless defective
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable files, e-books)

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
