At Unleashed Life, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, we will resolve the issue promptly by offering either a refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refund Eligibility

1. Wrong, Damaged, or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered item, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • Condition of the Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable). We will not accept returns of products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will void the refund or replacement eligibility.
  • Proof: We require clear photos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, as well as any damage to the packaging. This helps us assess the issue and expedite your request.

How to Request a Refund for Damaged or Faulty Goods:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate your return, email our customer support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue (e.g., item damaged, item is wrong, item is faulty).
  2. Submit Photos: Attach clear images of the product, the packaging (if relevant), and any damage or defects. This will help us assess the condition of the item and determine next steps.
  3. Return Instructions: Once we review and approve your request, we will send you a Return Shipping Label and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please use this label to return the product.
  4. Return the Item: Carefully pack the item, ensuring it’s in the same condition as when you received it (unwashed, unworn, undamaged). Affix the return label and ship it back to us.
  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Wrong Size Received

If you receive the wrong size, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund, depending on availability.

  • Condition of the Product: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and packaging.
  • Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof: Provide your order number and a photo of the item to help us confirm the error.

3. Lost Items

In the rare event that your item is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Timeframe: You must report a lost item within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Proof: We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the item is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

4. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Timeframe: You must request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Refund: If the order is canceled before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order.
