We reserve the right to:

  1. Block Access to Infringing Content: If we determine in good faith that any material available on our platform has been illegally copied and distributed, we will remove or block access to that content.
  2. Terminate Accounts of Repeat Offenders: Users or affiliates who repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts suspended or terminated, as we are committed to maintaining a respectful and lawful platform.

Please be aware that your use of Unleashed Life services is always subject to our Terms of Use, which incorporates this Copyright Dispute Policy. Any terms used in this policy that are not defined here will have the meanings provided in our Terms of Use.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements

If you believe that content hosted by Unleashed Life infringes upon your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorized to act on behalf of), you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent. The notice must include the following information:

1. Signature Information

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly infringed. This person should be the copyright owner, or someone legally authorized to represent the owner’s interests.

2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work

  • Description of the Copyrighted Work: Clearly identify the work or works you claim are being infringed. This could include the title, description, or other identifying details of the copyrighted work.

3. Identification of Infringing Material

  • Description of the Infringing Material: Specify the content you believe is infringing, including the location of the material on our site. Be as detailed as possible so we can accurately locate and assess the infringing content.

4. Contact Information

  • Your Contact Information: Provide your full name, address, phone number, and email address. This is necessary for us to communicate with you regarding the claim.

5. Good Faith Declaration

  • Statement of Good Faith: Include a statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. Accuracy and Authorization

  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

How We Handle DMCA Takedown Notices

Once we receive your DMCA Takedown Notice, we will:

  • Review the Notice: We will assess the provided information to ensure the claim is legitimate and in compliance with the DMCA guidelines.
  • Remove or Block Access to Infringing Content: If we determine that the material violates the copyright owner’s rights, we will remove or block access to the infringing content.
  • Notify the Alleged Infringer: If applicable, we will notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing content, allowing them the opportunity to file a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error.

Counter-Notice Process

If you are the user who posted the content that has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA Takedown Notice, you have the right to file a Counter-Notice if you believe that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification.

To file a Counter-Notice, please send a written communication to us containing the following information:

  1. Your Full Name and Contact Information
  2. A Description of the Infringing Content
  3. A Statement that You Believe in Good Faith the Content Was Removed Due to a Mistake or Misidentification
  4. Your Physical or Electronic Signature

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will restore the content unless the copyright holder files a court action to prevent the restoration. Please note that filing a Counter-Notice can result in legal consequences, and we advise consulting with legal counsel before proceeding.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users or affiliates who repeatedly violate copyright law. In such cases, we may remove access to any content or services related to the account. If we receive multiple valid DMCA Takedown Notices against a user or their content, we may take further action as deemed appropriate.

Additional Notes

  • Notice Response Time: Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will act promptly to address the infringement claim, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
  • Counter-Notice: If you believe that your content was removed in error or misidentifies your work, you may file a counter-notice. This process will be handled as per the DMCA guidelines.
