Under normal circumstances orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of receipt via FedEx pending merchandise availability. FedEx delivery times are generally 1 to 4 business days. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are billed at our regular shipping rates plus an additional $15 charge and may take slightly longer to arrive.

The majority of our products are produced by hand and made from natural materials adding unique character to each item. Slight variations in size, color and finish are inherent qualities of handmade product and are not considered defects.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 5 days
You may return merchandise in its original packaging for a refund or replacement with a Return Authorization issued by our Customer Service Department. All returns for any reason other than defect or damage are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight charges. We cannot honor return or exchange for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original, new condition and packaging.
